Taina Information Service was founded by Gisselle Labault Bekdache in 1998 as a retail service and software company.

In 2008, Dr. Bassel Bekdache joined TIS from IBM, HPE, and GM, bringing cutting edge software and computer technology. Together they have a combined 60 years of expertise.

TIS is based in Austin, Texas. In 2024, TIS created a branch in Dorado, Puerto Rico. TIS has contracting partners in Texas, Central & South America, Europe and Middle East.

Gisselle Labault Bekdache

Mrs Gisselle Labault Bekdache is the President and Founder of Taina Information Services. She has over 25+ years executive experience founding, managing several IT and services businesses. She has Master degree from Florida Institute of Technology, an AI and Machine Learning postgraduate program from the University of Texas, and Bachelor in Business Administration.

She successfully developed leading edge applications and managed many projects at AIC, Pencom and IBM.

Dr. Bassel Bekdache

Dr. Bassel Bekdache is the co-founder, Vice President, and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With over 25 years of exceptional experience, he has honed his expertise in architecture, project management, and business development within leading Fortune 500 organizations, including IBM, Hewlett-Packard, and General Motors.

A distinguished professional, Dr. Bekdache is celebrated for his strong leadership, innovative problem-solving, and groundbreaking contributions. His deep technical knowledge spans Enterprise Architecture, Middleware Applications, Databases, Web Technologies, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPT), eCommerce, and software solutions for business-to-business applications.

Dr. Bekdache completed Bachelor, Master and Ph.D from the University of Texas, and has many innovations and accomplishments.

Currently, Dr. Bekdache is a consultant for startup companies, spearheading the design of a state-of-the-art mobile office automation platform that integrates AI, cloud computing, and IoT technologies to redefine workplace efficiency. He is also development partner with IBM WatsonX. He is also member of board of director and was Oracle Weblogic architectural board member.
